 Welcome to Regina Coeli School!

On behalf of the faculty and staff of Regina Coeli School, I would like to welcome students and families to the new school year.

Christ has no Hands but Yours is the theme of our Apostolic Service program.  Our students will explore and live this idea.  Your actions can be strong tools as we teach the children of Regina Coeli School to be ambassadors of the Lord.

We are in a unique position to assist each other as we model for our children and students the words and actions of Jesus.  Our homes and classrooms must be settings of love, affirmation, responsibility and forgiveness.  We must remember that our reason for being is Jesus Christ.

All children can succeed at school, but we need your help.  Your children will have a great year if they get off to a great start.  Review safety lessons for riding the bus, walking to school or being dropped off in the car line.  Provide the needed supplies, put your child’s name on everything, and set the scene for homework. Start your morning the night before by putting out clothes, packing lunches and organizing the book bag.  Establish a bedtime – even for your middle school children.  Don’t over schedule yourself or your child.  Everyone needs free time every day.  Teach respect by showing respect.  Say “please” and “thank you” to your child.  Be genuinely interested in your child‘s schoolwork.  Ask her/him to teach you what she/he is learning in school.  Finally, insist that your child try hard to be a good student.  If school is important to you, it will be important to her/him.

Thank you for choosing to send your precious children to Regina Coeli School.  We will treasure your children as we strive to educate each individual to her/his fullest potential.  In the spirit of faith, cooperation and joyful anticipation, let us begin the new school year!

Sincerely,

Mrs. Barbara Lane

Principal
