Registration of students new to the school requires submitting to the school office copies of the following: birth certificate, baptismal certificate, and social security card. NOTE: Transfer students should check with the school office as to whether copies of this information are already in the student’s file.
New students are also required to meet with the principal and pastor to better understand the educational, behavioral, and religious environment of the school. The resulting conversation helps to determine whether the child is accepted as a new student to the school. Enrollment and class size will also be a determining factor in the decision.
School Registration 2021-2022
All children must have been born on or before September 30, 2016.
$100 per student non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration.
$150 per student late fee for registrations received after April 1.
The enrollment process is complete and the student eligible to attend the new school year when:
completed registration paperwork is submitted to the School Office
full payment of the registration fee is made to the School Office
full payment of tuition or a signed financial tuition agreement is completed with the Finance Office
new families have interviewed with the principal and pastor.
Feb. 1: Registration begins for current students
March 1: Registration opens for new students
April 1: Registration fee increases from $100 to $150 per student EdChoice renewal paperwork due
May 15: Tuition contracts sent to parents by this date or sooner
June 1: Full Payment due or registered for Monthly FACTS Payments
Tuition: $4,950 per student based on the cost to educate one student per year.
Tuition Payment Options:
One of the following payment options be completed by June 1, 2021:
Full Payment to Regina Coeli (either through private pay or State funding)
Two payment plan through FACTS, with 60% due in October and 40% due in April. ($10 FACTS fee)
Ten payment plan through FACTS, with the first being due in June. ($45 FACTS fee)
